Ellu (Sesame Seeds) are one of the oldest cultivated seeds in the world and the backbone of Tamil Nadu's most beloved condiments — Ellu Podi, Ellu Sadam, Ellu Urundai, and Ellu Ennai. Available in Karuppu (Black) and Vellai (White) varieties. Black sesame has a stronger flavour and higher antioxidant content; white sesame is milder and used in sweets and tahini. Both are exceptionally rich in calcium, iron, and healthy fats. Chemical-free, naturally sourced.
