Key Medicinal Uses

• பயன்படுத்தும் முறைகள் (How to Use)

  1. வெண்புள்ளி மற்றும் தேமலுக்கான மேல்பூச்சு (Oil / Paste)

  செய்முறை: கார்போக அரிசியை தண்ணீரில் ஊறவைத்து, அதனுடன் சிறிது பால் சேர்த்து மைய அரைத்துக் கொள்ளவும்.
  இதில் தேங்காய் எண்ணெய் சேர்த்து தைலமாகக் காய்ச்சிக் கொள்ளவும்.
  பயன்படுத்தும் விதம்: தேமல் அல்லது வெண்புள்ளி உள்ள இடங்களில் இதைப் பூசலாம்.
  முக்கிய குறிப்பு: நீண்ட நேரம் தோலில் வைத்திருக்கக் கூடாது (எரிச்சல் ஏற்படும் என்பதால் 15 நிமிடங்களில் கழுவிவிட வேண்டும்).
  அல்லது: கார்போக அரிசி பொடி, மஞ்சள் தூள் மற்றும் தேங்காய் எண்ணெய் கலந்து வெண்புள்ளிகள் மீது தடவி வரலாம். 
  2. வயிற்றுப் பூச்சிக்கு உள்மருந்து
  அளவு: 1 முதல் 2 கிராம் கார்போக அரிசி பொடியை எடுத்துக்கொள்ளவும்.
  அதனுடன் சம அளவு மஞ்சள் தூள் மற்றும் சிறிது தேன் கலந்து சாப்பிட்டு வரலாம். 
  3. வேர்க்குரு மற்றும் துர்நாற்றம் போக்க குளியல் பொடி
  கார்போக அரிசி (100g), பாசிப்பயிறு (500g), மற்றும் கஸ்தூரி மஞ்சள் (50g) சேர்த்து வறுத்துப் பொடித்துக் கொள்ளவும்.
  இதனைத் தினசரி அல்லது வாரத்தில் சில நாட்கள் உடல் தேய்த்துக் குளிக்கப் பயன்படுத்தலாம். 
  4. பொடுகு நீங்க (Hair Pack)
  கார்போக அரிசியை அரிசி கழுவிய நீரில் 1 முதல் 2 மணி நேரம் ஊறவைக்கவும்.
  அதனுடன் பாசிப்பயிறு, வெந்தயம் மற்றும் ரோஜா இதழ்கள் சேர்த்து அரைத்து தலையில் பேஸ்ட் போல தடவி அலசலாம்.

1. External application for vitiligo and tinea (oil or paste)

   • Soak Karboga Arisi in water, add a little milk, and grind into a smooth paste.
   • Add coconut oil and heat the mixture to prepare an oil.
   • The original text suggests applying it to areas affected by tinea or vitiligo.
   • It advises washing it off within 15 minutes because irritation may occur. This does not mean that 15 minutes is a safe application time.
   • Alternatively, it suggests mixing Karboga Arisi powder, turmeric powder, and coconut oil into a paste and applying it to white patches.

2. Internal preparation for intestinal worms

   • The original text specifies mixing 1–2 grams of Karboga Arisi powder with an equal amount of turmeric powder and a little honey for consumption.
   • This dosage is unverified. Do not ingest this preparation without guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Bath powder for prickly heat and body odour

   • Roast and grind Karboga Arisi (100 g), green gram (500 g), and Kasturi turmeric (50 g).
   • The original text suggests using this as a body-cleansing powder daily or a few days a week.

4. Hair pack for dandruff

   • Soak Karboga Arisi in rice-rinsing water for 1–2 hours.
   • Add green gram, fenugreek, and rose petals, then grind into a paste.
   • The original text suggests applying the paste to the scalp and rinsing it off.
