Kambu Kaikuthal is pearl millet that has been processed using the traditional hand-pounding (Kaikuthal) method, preserving more of the bran, germ, and natural nutrients that machine milling strips away. The result is a grain with a deeper, more robust flavour, coarser texture, and far richer nutritional profile than commercially processed kambu. Naturally cooling and high in iron, it is the preferred choice for authentic Kambu Koozh.
