Kothavarankai Vathal is sun-dried cluster beans (Gavar) — deep fried or added directly to Vathal Kuzhambu for a chewy, intensely flavoured dish that is a Tamil Nadu comfort food classic. Our vathal is made without artificial preservatives or colour, naturally sun-dried in the traditional way. High in dietary fibre and plant protein.
