Naripayaru is a rare traditional legume native to Tamil Nadu, lesser known outside the region but deeply valued in Siddha medicine and traditional cooking. With a small, dense grain and a rich, earthy flavour, it is used in sundal, kuzhambu, and sprouted preparations. High in protein, iron, and antioxidants. Grown without chemicals on traditional farms.
