Thuyamalli Kaikuthal combines two of Tamil Nadu’s finest traditions: the fragrant floral Thuyamalli rice variety and the Kaikuthal (hand-pounding) method of milling. The result is a rice with more bran intact, richer nutrition, a gentle jasmine aroma, and a wholesome earthy texture that machine-milled rice simply cannot replicate.
