Our Ulunthu is sourced from chemical-free farms and available in four forms: Vellai (White) Full, Vellai Broken, Karuppu (Black) Full, and Karuppu Broken — each suited for different preparations. White urad is ideal for idli-dosa batter; black urad carries more nutrition and a deeper, earthier flavour. All varieties are free from artificial polishing agents.
