Known as Kodo Millet in English, Varagu is a hardy ancient grain with small grayish-brown grains and a mild, earthy flavour. Cultivated in the dryland farms of Tamil Nadu for generations, it is one of the most resilient and nutritious grains in the traditional South Indian pantry.

How to Cook
